      Agricultural enterprises in the Kirov region continue to increase raw milk production. On average, each cow in the region yields 25.3 kilograms of milk per day.

      Every day, farms in the region sell 2.35 thousand tons of milk. This is 10.4% more than in the same period last year. Over 100 tons of milk are sold daily by agricultural organizations in nine districts of the region.

      Especially high yields—27 kilograms and above—are noted in Kumensky, Pizhansky, Vysokopolsky, Nemski, Sovetski, and Sunski districts.
