Rospotrebnadzor was investigating what is buzzing on Luganskaya.
According to the Rospotrebnadzor Department for the Kirov Region, since June 18, the agency has been receiving numerous complaints from residents of Kirov about a constant monotonous noise (buzz), which is presumably emanating from an industrial site located at 53A Luganskaya Street. To identify the source of the buzz and its impact on people, the department organized noise level measurements in the area of the specified industrial site and on the territory of residential buildings.
The noise level measurements revealed an excess of the overall noise during nighttime hours: from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, on the territory directly adjacent to residential buildings along several streets in the Luganskaya district.
It later turned out that on June 9, a malfunction occurred at one of the enterprises located on Luganskaya Street. "According to the enterprise, repair work was completed by July 1," the department noted.
