The youth of the "KChHK" branch participated in the corporate rafting.

      For two days, participants actively spent time outdoors: rafting on the Sylva River, visiting natural and historical landmarks, and engaging in cultural and entertainment programs.

      The youth movement "Uralchim" is developing, with events organized to unite active employees. Young people are the future of the enterprise and the company as a whole. At our plant, they have all the opportunities for career and professional growth: training at colleges and universities financed by the company, internal training programs, and mentorship by more experienced colleagues. Housing programs are in place, and there are many options for sports and active leisure.
