On June 21, Rahim Azimov handed over 10 vehicles to veterans of a special military operation who were seriously injured while performing combat missions. The event was attended by Hero of Russia, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Defense Committee Viktor Bondarev and Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption Vasily Piskarev.
The idea of implementing this project belongs to Rahim Azimov. He attracted extra-budgetary funds and organized the purchase of cars. Cars are provided not only to veterans of special operations who have lost their mobility, but also to those who, despite being injured, can drive vehicles without special equipment. The data on the participants of the SVO who need cars were prepared by the Kirov branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.
Rahim Azimov, a State Duma deputy and member of the United Russia faction, noted the importance of supporting participants and veterans of the Armed Forces and their families.:
