Almost 192 thousand square meters of housing have been built in the region since the beginning of the year.

      In the Kirov region, 191.7 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned in January–May 2025. This is almost 33% of the established annual plan of 582 thousand square meters.

      If we consider the CRT, since 2022, more than 300 hectares of land have been involved in such projects, 37 agreements have been concluded, two of which have already been implemented. 24.4 thousand of the planned 57.3 thousand square meters of housing were built in the Coastal microdistrict in Kirov. There is also a new kindergarten with 150 places, it was handed over to the city.

      In 2025, it is planned to introduce more than 90 thousand square meters of housing in the region, which is 25 thousand more than a year earlier. Over the past three years, the urban development potential of apartment buildings has increased by almost 70% and reached 4 million square meters.
