The bailiff collected an enforcement fee in the amount of 50 thousand rubles and warned of criminal liability under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation," commented Natalia Wenger, head of the regional special branch.

      As a result, the displaced person received the right to a state housing certificate and a full payment of 3 million rubles.
