A migrant from the Kherson region has secured housing payments through the court
A resident of the Kirov region who moved to the region from the Kherson region in 2024 was eligible for state assistance under the resettlement program. At the new location, the man purchased an apartment building with a plot of land for 3 million rubles, hoping to compensate for expenses. However, the regional Ministry of Construction refused to pay, citing the "unsettled condition" of the facility.
The migrant did not agree with this decision and appealed to the court. Themis sided with him, obliging the regional authorities to provide the required social payment. The writ of execution was received by the specialized department of bailiffs in the Kirov region.
"The debtor was notified of the need to voluntarily comply with the court's decision. However, the payment was not made on time. The bailiff collected an enforcement fee in the amount of 50 thousand rubles and warned of criminal liability under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation," commented Natalia Wenger, head of the regional special branch.
As a result, the displaced person received the right to a state housing certificate and a full payment of 3 million rubles.
