Excess of noise level near houses was recorded in Kirov

      In April, Rospotrebnadzor received complaints from residents of Kirov about the constant hum, which, in their opinion, comes from the industrial site of the VMP Avitek enterprise. Experts have measured the noise level in residential areas adjacent to the enterprise.

      Studies have shown that the permissible noise level is exceeded at night near several houses on the streets of Podgornaya, Zhukovsky, Pravda, Dzerzhinsky and Oktyabrsky Prospekt. In this regard, a meeting with representatives of the plant was held on April 18.

      The company was asked to find out the exact causes of the noise and take measures to reduce it. In May, the organization reported the identification of the source — the ventilation system of one of the workshops. It is planned to replace it by the end of July. An additional silencer has already been installed as a temporary solution.
