70% of Kirov residents periodically think about quitting

      Most working Kirov residents at least sometimes think about quitting. According to the survey results, 70% admitted that they have such thoughts regularly, but it does not come to a real dismissal.

      Most often, this happens against the background of emotional burnout, the survey participants share. Others note the fatigue from constant delays and overwork.

      One in ten admitted that the idea of writing a statement visits him several times a day, another 9% — daily, 18% — at least once a week, 16% — once a month. Less often (once every six months or a year), 9% and 8% think about it, respectively. Only 13% say they never think about quitting: "If I want to leave, I'll just leave."

      Most often, the idea of quitting is promoted by women (80%), while among men it is 61%. The most susceptible to such thoughts are citizens aged 35 to 45 years (73%). Interestingly, people with incomes above 100,000 rubles are more likely to think about quitting (77%) compared to those who receive less.
