Sokolov congratulated the graduates on graduation

      The Governor of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov, congratulated the graduates on the end of the academic year and wished them confidence on their way to future success. According to the head of the region, this day is special for every student, because it marks the transition from childhood to adulthood.
