The entrance group to the Alexander Garden will be put in order

      The entrance group to the Alexander Garden was rebuilt in November 2023. It should be noted that prior to this, the completion dates were postponed several times.: first it was the end of September, then it was October 2, and finally everything was done by the end of the last month of autumn. However, even then, Kirov residents noticed that the work was poorly done — strange yellow smudges located along the entire fence caught their eye. They were also displayed on the surface of the gate. In January of this year, it didn't get any better: the plaster and paint kept falling off.

      Today, on May 22, the Kirov administration told about the deplorable condition of the entrance gate. So, according to the regional administration, all the shortcomings have already been fixed. Two claims were sent to the contractor regarding the fulfillment of warranty obligations. According to them, the organization must eliminate the peeling of plaster and paintwork, as well as remove rust from cast-iron fences.

      Sergey Reshetnikov, head of the Pervomaisky territorial administration, added: "We are acting within the legal framework, but so far we have only heard promises from the contractor." According to him, if the contractor does not start repairing the entrance portico and fence by Monday, the territorial administration will demand these works through the court.

      The press service of the Kirov City Hall also clarified that the contractor had previously repainted the facilities. Poor-quality paintwork was revealed during the acceptance process.
