A criminal case has been opened against a 14-year-old teenager in Vyatka Polyany. He is suspected of committing a crime under part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed with the use of an object used as a weapon).
According to the Investigative Committee, on the evening of March 17, a minor, while in a cafe on Uritsky in Vyatka Polyany, fired a hunter's signal launcher, and then left. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. The owner of the cafe suffered material damage.
