To resume the program, a special government order was required to raise the limit, which created certain difficulties. Now, after the restrictions are lifted, such situations will no longer occur.

      In addition, additional payments on bank fees will be reduced to reduce the financial burden on borrowers. This will be possible due to increased subsidies for banks for the costs of supporting the program, which will be in effect from May 1 to October 31, the Kommersant newspaper writes.
