In Afanasyevsky district, a worker fell while cleaning the roof from snow

      On January 12, a 36-year-old stoker of the Afanasyevsky district Consumer Society fell to the ground during snow removal from the roof of the building. According to the medical report, the injuries are classified as light.

      According to the press service of the State Labor Inspectorate, the causes of the incident were the employee's violation of labor regulations and labor discipline, as well as the lack of proper control by the managers and specialists of the unit over the provision of personal protective equipment to the stoker, occupational safety training in accordance with the established procedure, conducting a special assessment of working conditions at the workplace of the victim, as well as failure to ensure proper the functioning of the occupational health and safety management system in the organization.

      According to the deputy head of the State Labor Inspectorate, A. D. Loginov, the employer was given an order to eliminate violations, as well as to approve the form N-1 Act. Upon violations, the issue of bringing the legal entity and responsible officials to administrative responsibility is being considered in accordance with art. 5.27.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
