Three people were convicted in Kirov for organizing illegal migration
According to the Federal Security Service for the Kirov region, the verdict of the Pervomaisky District Court in the criminal case of illegal migration has entered into force. A citizen of one of the Middle Eastern countries and two Russian citizens were in the dock. All three were found guilty of organizing the illegal entry of foreign citizens into the territory of Russia.
According to the investigation, the attackers issued fake invitations with which foreigners crossed the border of the Russian Federation. The illegal migration channel was identified as a result of joint activities of employees of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The court sentenced the defendants in the case to imprisonment for a period of two to three years to be served in a general regime colony. The foreigners who were illegally in the country were expelled.
