A resident of Kirov abducted a young man, chained him to a radiator and tortured him.
On the night of January 6-7, a 39-year-old resident of Kirov, being drunk, decided to kidnap a 20-year-old guy he knew earlier in order to provide his stepson with the opportunity to find out with him about a girl. So, the man put the young man in a taxi, handcuffed him to the car door and transported him from the house on Lenin Street to the house on 8 Marta Street in Kirov. After that, the accused took the victim to the apartment and handcuffed him again. This time to the battery.
The bullying didn't end there. The accused, who was previously convicted of committing crimes involving violence, began firing a pneumatic gas cylinder pistol at the young man's body, thereby causing physical pain and injury.
A criminal case was opened against a 39-year-old resident of Kirov on charges of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code (abduction) and Part 2 of Article 116.1 of the Criminal Code (commission of other violent acts by a person with a criminal record for crimes committed with violence). At the moment, the investigation of the case has been completed. The investigators have collected exhaustive evidence incriminating Kirov resident in the commission of the alleged acts. He fully admitted his guilt, and also gave detailed and consistent testimony about the circumstances of the incident.
The criminal case has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
