Soyuzmultfilm flooded Kirov entrepreneurs with lawsuits
This year, the court continues to receive claims from Soyuzmultfilm Film Studio JSC and Soyuzmultfilm LLC against Kirov entrepreneurs. As a rule, such cases are related to copyright protection.
So, recently, the above—mentioned companies have sued the following representatives of the Kirov business: LLC "Happy Childhood" (the amount of claims is 50 thousand rubles), LLC "Alyona" (50 thousand rubles), LLC "Kalibr-plus" (40 thousand rubles), three also acted as defendants Sole proprietors (40, 50 and 200 thousand rubles). The court is already considering some claims, while others have been left without motion.
It should be noted that last year the arbitration court also received many lawsuits from Soyuzmultfilm Film Studio JSC and Soyuzmultfilm LLC. We counted five for December, three for November, 11 for September, and four more for the remaining months of last year.
