Бочки с химическими отходами в Коминтерне все еще не убрали.
В микрорайоне Коминтерн на улице Искра до сих пор не вывезены бочки с химическими отходами. Специалисты не обнаружили разгерметизацию контейнеров, однако угроза для экологической безопасности остается.
Арбитражный суд Кировской области еще в декабре 2023 года обязал собственника участка очистить территорию от отходов. Однако это решение не было выполнено добровольно, и исполнительное производство, инициированное службой судебных приставов, пока не дало результатов.
В министерстве охраны окружающей среды полагают, что владелец вряд ли самостоятельно организует вывоз отходов, а взыскание затрат впоследствии может быть затруднительным. Ведомство предлагает администрации Кирова воспользоваться своим правом и привлечь специализированную компанию для организации вывоза с последующим возложением расходов на виновное лицо через суд. Ситуация находится под контролем министерства.

The staff of the Urzhum Central District Hospital has been bolstered by nine young professionals. Three doctors and six mid-level medical workers started work. All of them are from the Urzhum district and decided to return home after completing their studies.
Pediatrician Regina Nikulina, dentist Anastasia Chernyshova and radiologist Anna Charushina have already begun seeing patients. The mid-level medical workers have been assigned to work in the inpatient department and the hospital’s rural units.
