Житель Кирово-Чепецка вступил в контакт с незнакомыми людьми в сети. Его собеседники обещали помочь ему заработать на торговле акциями и криптовалютой. Следуя инструкциям кураторов, чепчанин зарегистрировался на сайте, который представлялся как онлайн-биржа, и вложил 1 миллион 464 тысячи рублей. Однако ему не удалось ни заработать, ни вернуть свои вложенные средства.
